MUFG Corporate Markets, our registrars, offer various shareholder services via its website, including offering you the opportunity to register to receive notification of shareholder communications electronically. Click here for further details.

The Company now offers Shareholders the opportunity to receive the following communications electronically:

  • Annual Report and Accounts
  • Notices of Annual General Meetings

The Company encourages the use of electronic communication as, not only does it save the Company the printing and mailing costs, it is, for many people, a more convenient and prompt method of communication.

If you decide to register your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail message each time a new shareholder report or notice of meeting is published. The e-mail will contain links to the appropriate sections within this website where the documents can be viewed.

If you decide not to register an e-mail address, you will continue to receive the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting in hard copy form.  The Company has taken advantage of new regulations and no longer publishes half-yearly reports for individual circulation to Shareholders.  Information that would normally be included in a half-yearly report is made available on the Company's website.

The online service, Investor Centre, allows you to:

  • Check your account details
  • Check transactions on your account
  • View your dividend payment history 
  • Change dividend payment instruction 
  • Notify us of your change of address 
  • Buy and sell shares (existing Shareholders only)

What you need:

  • An internet-enabled PC
  • Your investor code (IVC) (located on your most recent dividend tax voucher)
