Joined the company in August 1997, held positions of Regional Director, Commercial Director and Deputy Managing Director prior to appointment in early 2007. Previously he progressed through footwear retailer Oliver/Timpson over a 10 year period. Paul has attended Henley Management College and achieved recognition through the Institute of Directors (IOD). In early 2008 he was appointed to the board of the Textile Service Association (T.S.A). Paul joined the Johnson Service Group Board in September 2008.
